Anna Whites, the attorney representing a group of JCPS teachers who have been dissatisfied with the union’s election committee’s conduct during recent BSK elections, received the attached response from JCTA’s lawyers. BSK stands for Better Schools Kentucky, which is the PAC for the teachers’ union.
